When appplying for licenses for new people in my team with the form, 3 days later or so we receive an email confirmation that the licenses have been aproved, and get a separate email with the license activation, after that I can add people to our dashboard with no problem, the problem is that later I am not able to add them to our workspaces, their names do not apear in the list of options. I was told this usually happens when there is a problem with effectively activating each license, and that applying in the form again and doing the process usually fixed the issue. I have tried doing this three times already with no luck, and I have around eight new people in our team who haven't been able to set their licenses correctly.
I have attached a screenshot of the example: for instance, one of our members, Aleksandra, clearly appears in our Dashboard, but I can not add her to our workspaces. Any insight in how to fix this would be great. Thanks in advance.
