Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me understand whether this is a licensing issue, an account provisioning issue, or something else.
I have an active SOLIDWORKS xDesign for Students subscription obtained through the Dassault Systèmes Black Friday student promotion. My subscription is valid through November 2026, and I can successfully access the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
I currently have the following roles:
- SOLIDWORKS xDesign Student
- 3D Innovator Student
- 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Student
- Collaborative Industry Innovator
I can:
- Access EDU Space
- View the SOLIDWORKS xDesign for Students Certification page
- See the certification path
- See exam attempts
However, I cannot access any of the learning modules. For example, when I try to open Practice xDesign, I receive the following message:
"Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your administrator."
Additional observations:
- I am the owner of the "SOLIDWORKS xDesign for Students" cockpit.
- The certification page indicates that training and certifications are included.
- The issue occurs both from the cockpit and directly through EDU Space.
- My Dassault Account portal is also unable to display my Orders and Subscriptions pages, showing errors such as "Failed to fetch data," even though I received a valid order confirmation email.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where certification exams are visible but training content is inaccessible? If so, were there additional entitlements that needed to be activated, or was this a backend account provisioning issue?
