Unable to access Solidworks xDesign after purchase

Hi,

I recently purchased the Solidworks xDesign certification program for students. Upon receiving my confirmation email and attempting to start, I was denied access and told to contact my administrator--I use a personal account, so I am the owner and administrator. Has anyone else been having this problem?

It should be noted that I already had Solidworks installed before purchasing the subscription.
