I was a participant of Solidworks xDesign Challenge, so I already had an account on 3DExperience platform. After registering for the competition, I received the invitation mail, so i used my old credentials to log in but now when I am trying to access my competition dashboard, its shows a lock sign and no tabs are visible. It appears completely blank. Kindly help me out. Thank you.
