I purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students package on September 10 2026 (annual, 72 USD). I can access 3DEXPERIENCE platform and open the apps, but when I open any learning path included in the package and click Log in with 3DEXPERIENCE ID it only shows "Loading..." without effectively logging me in. Consequently, I cannot access the learning material hence achieve any progress. I've tried everything, from deleting the browser cache to using a different browser, but nothing changes.

Is this related to the Student Plan Transition starting 20 October 2026? Do I need to do anything to activate my access to the learning content and certifications?
