Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Student Edition, and I can access the 3DEXPERIENCE platform without any issues.

However, I cannot access any of the certification or learning courses. Whenever I try to open them or start a certification, I receive the following error message:
"You do not have access to this content. Please contact your administrator."

Since this is a personal Student license, I don't have an administrator to contact.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows how to resolve it?
