Hello,

I am a Mechanical Engineering student using the official SOLIDWORKS Design 2026 academic license provided by my college. My serial number is an academic/student type (starts with 9020), and the software is activated and working correctly.

However, I am unable to see any CSWP certification voucher or exam credits in the 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Center.

When I check my account information, it shows:

Role Type: Student
Domain Name: Guest

Some of my classmates from the same college already received CSWP voucher access, so I believe my 3DEXPERIENCE ID may not be linked correctly to my institution’s academic organization/assets.

Could someone please help me understand:

1. How to link my 3DEXPERIENCE ID to my college academic domain?
2. Can this be fixed from my side, or does it require administrator action?
3. Who should I contact to resolve the missing certification entitlement?

I have already:

• Activated the academic SOLIDWORKS license successfully
• Logged into the Certification Center using my college email
• Verified that my account still shows “Guest”

Any guidance would be appreciated.
