I have purchased the SolidWorks xDesign Student version. I was told it will include certifications to complete for free. Whenever I try to do a certification it either says contact admin or not enough credits. I tried reaching out to SolidWorks and their certification team multiple times. But was humiliated by the responses till date. They keep on handing my issue to different teams instead of working on it. Never been treated like this by any service before.
