I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Students package. According to the package details, the following certifications are included:

• 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer (hands-on)
• 3DEXPERIENCE Structural Designer
• 3DEXPERIENCE NC Prismatic Machine Programmer
• 3DEXPERIENCE Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator

However, when I log into the 3DEXPERIENCE EduSpace platform, I am unable to see these certifications. Instead, I can only access different certifications that do not match the ones listed in the package I purchased.

Could someone please help me understand:

1. Why the listed certifications are not visible in my account?
2. Whether there is an activation step required to access them?
3. If this is an account or subscription issue, how can it be resolved?

I would appreciate any guidance on how to access the certifications included in the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Students package.
