Hello,

I have an active 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students subscription, which includes three certifications. Unfortunately, I am having problems accessing two of them.

CATIA 3D Innovator – Associate
This certification appears to be accessible and I can reach the certification page normally.

CATIA Mechanical Designer [hands-on] – Associate
When I try to open it, I receive the following message:
“Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin.”

Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator – Associate
The certification page does not load properly at all.

My student subscription is active and these certifications are listed as included in the CATIA for Students package. I have also contacted Edu Support by email, but I have not received a response yet.

Could someone please check whether the correct certification entitlements / roles / credits are assigned to my account?
