I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students subscription.
My software license appears to be working correctly. I can:
- Launch and use the CATIA applications.
- Access the Certifications page. (But can't start any of the exams, as it says, "Content is not accessible to you; contact your admin."
- View the three included certifications.
However, I am unable to access the included Online Learning content.
When I open the learning path "Be a CATIA Collaborative Mechanical Designer for Students" and click Start Learning Path, I receive the following message:
"Not authorized to access this release. If available, try with another release."
I have also tried selecting the other available course releases (2023 and 2021) from the release dropdown, but I receive the same authorization error for all of them.
Since the student package advertises that it includes:
- 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students license
- Online Learning content
