I am trying to access the 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer (Hands-on) – Associate certification, but I am unable to start it. When I click on "Start Certification," I receive the following message: "Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin."
Could you please check whether my account has the required permissions or if there is an issue with my access? I would appreciate it if you could enable access or let me know the steps I need to take to resolve this.
