Unable to Access 3D Support App

I filed for a refund for a Solidworks 2025 Education Version Software purchased on 05-15-25, and while Customer Service is trying to communicate with me through the 3DSupport App starting on Wednesday 05-21-25 at 12:22 am, and I have waited through the 12-24 hour initiation period as warned in the e-mail, and filled in my Profile to 100% in the "My Profile" section, I am still unable to access the 3DSupport App Landing Page, and am instead receiving an Error Message stating that: 

 

"There is something wrong with the the 3DSupport Application and your Profile. Submit your request by Phone."

 

The thing is, upon calling the linked phone number for Solidworks: (1-800-693-9000) ext 1-1, you then are greeted with a message stating that: "There is no phone support service for the Education Version".

 

So I'm at a loss as to how to communicate with this error. It would seem that it's impossible to process a refund, if you receive this error message, the screenshot of which I have included below:

 

 

I really don't know what to do at this point. Can anyone offer assistance?
