I had recently purchased 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students hoping to use the Delmia tools but as I already do have an 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students the roles from my engineer subscription are not coming up on my platform.
I reach out to support and they advised to send pictures on 3DSupport but when i open the link it does not open up and shows me the error that something went wrong. The email does state to wait till 24 hours before you can connect but its been a few days still no changes to it.
Could someone please help
