Trying to Renew Veteran Subscription

Help! I've been trying to renew my veteran subscription for almost a month! I've applied using the veteran form and provided supporting data (DD Form 215) at https://www.solidworks.com/sites/default/files/2018-01/EDU-MVPProgram.pdf but nothing happens. So, I applied again and nothing again.

Then I opened a support ticket. This has not helped anything either except that they told me I should go to the veteran subscription application page (https://www.solidworks.com/sites/default/files/2018-01/EDU-MVPProgram.pdf)! :) When I pointed out this is the problem, they say they are working on it . . .  

Can anyone help me? I started this process on 11/20 and my subscription expired around 12/4 and I have not been able to use SolidWorks for 2 weeks now.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
