I requested access to a SOLIDWORKS license from my CAD teacher, but during installation, I was given a message stating "Your serial numbers do not entitle you to SOLIDWORKS, or they expired. Contact your local support representative." I entered my school's unique SEK serial number exactly as seen on the access paper I was provided by my teacher. Said access paper showed that the SEK had expired almost 2 years ago, (July 31, 2024) but my CAD teacher had explicitly told me that the expiration date "didn't matter."
What "local support representative" am I being advised to contact? Is there somebody else I should contact?
I don't know if the SEK's 500 activations limit has been reached yet, but I've heard that no other students at my school have had any issues with this process. Any help is appreciated. I'm uncertain whether I'll get my license or not, but would love to hear what you all have to say!
(PS. pardon my bad grammar)
