I am having issues getting the training videos to play when I log into the solid works website when I press play on any training videos I get the a window in the video player saying that I need to input the information below as shown in the attached picture. However I don't understand what company am I supposed to put into the fields since the license I am using is a student license that doesn't make any sense. So I filled out a tech support ticket and when I clicked the support link they sent in response a day later to the ticket it tells me my account doesn't have access to the 3D experience support app? Despite me going over to my account settings and details saying that my license and subscription are active as a student. So I'm kind of not sure how to proceed since the solid works software installation worked just fine its just the solid works website and 3d experience stuff that just doesn't seem to want to cooperate
