The simulation cannot be run if the platform punches in.

Subject: Simulation cannot be executed on 3DEXPERIENCE platform

Dear Dassault Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue where the simulation on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform cannot be executed. The system continuously displays a message saying a simulation is already running, even after I have restarted the computer, reinstalled the software, and deleted all temporary files.

This problem causes the platform to be stuck and prevents any new simulations from starting. In addition, after modifying the model, the simulation does not automatically update or re-run, and the application often crashes.

I have followed your instructions and configured the environment variables for logging (e.g., DSLCC_TRACE_PATH, CNEXTOUTPUT, SMA_LOGGING_DIR, etc.), and I am ready to send the generated log files if needed.

Please advise on the next steps or provide a solution. I am currently a student and still learning the software, so I hope for your assistance. Thank you!
