I have tried downloading The 3D experience platforms installer And it has been installed but it is not opening Yet it is running in background And but not working properly Like when I execute That exe file It's not getting executed And I get zero response from that application I have tried various troubleshooting methods I have reinstalled it many times Still the issue is not solved.

The launcher's logo also is not showing And when I'm running that it's not running Please someone help me
