Hello, my college team is just now switching to 3DExperience for managing our SolidWorks files and we received a sponsorship in this category: 3DSpace - DS Challenges - Sponsorship - USW1. We submitted a spreadsheet with people's emails on the online form (https://3ds-access-request.paperform.co/)
and also added them as "Leader & Owner" to a 3DSpace that we created (set to "Public") but when they click the email invitation link they received they still don't have access to the 3D Space and saw a "you have no access to this resource" message. Could we please get some help with this?
