Dear 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Support Team,

I am currently subscribed to 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students and I am trying to access the certification exams available with this offer.

However, I am unable to access the certification exams. When I click “Start Certification”, I receive the following message:

“Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin.”

I have encountered this issue with several certifications, including:

• CATIA Mechanical Designer – Associate

  

• ENOVIA Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator – Associate

  

• SIMULIA Structural Designer – Associate

  

• DELMIA NC Prismatic Machine Programmer – Associate

  

I have attached screenshots showing the issue.

Could you please check why I do not have access to these certification exams ?
