Dear 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Support Team,

I am currently enrolled in the 3DEXPERIENCE EDU platform and I would like to complete the following two certifications:

• SIMULIA Structural Designer – Associate
• DELMIA NC Prismatic Machine Programmer – Associate

However, when I access the certification pages, I receive the message “Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin.” The “Start Certification” button is also unavailable.

Could you please check my account and help me obtain access to both certifications?

I have an active 3DEXPERIENCE EDU subscription and would like to take these certifications as part of my professional development.

I have attached screenshots showing the access issue for both certifications.
