My college provides us with a Catia 2020 v5 download and student license. I've follow all the installation instructions and created a and placed the license in a folder in the program data directory. When trying to start CATIA for the first time I receive an error stating the following:
And when I attempt to activate the license, the area to select is 'grayed' out and will not allow me to select. What can be done to overcome this issue? Thank you.
