I purchased the student license on November 18th and never received my confirmation of the purchase through email but I do have the purchase on my credit card. I have gone through 3 lines of customer service that refuse to help. I really need access to solid works as soon as possible but the customer service has been really slow and not helpful. Will I be able to get a response here?
