Hi Everyone,
I'm a new 3DExperiance user and I ran into a problem after Catia installation.
After start the 3D Exp. platform's window is pop-up. After I click OK, later some seconds CATIA window show up. Some seconnds later I receive the message from incident, in shortly time I get an other message. Finally Catia is closed.
(I think 3DExperiance Platform is running well)
I installed more times the application. I replaced the GPU and installed the newest version release.
Config:
GPU: Quadro P2000 (supported) Memory: 20GB
CPU: Xeon (R) CPU 5650, 2,67GHz
SSD: free space 27Gb
(I know... it is a little old configuration.)
I wrote to Support but they suggest me that I give up my problem in Student community platform.
So does somebody have any suggestion how can I fix that?
