Thank you for your support. Following the assignment of the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer role, I have successfully connected my university SOLIDWORKS Desktop to the platform and tested saving files and creating revisions.
I have replied to Kaivalya’s email asking whether our other team members have the required roles to use the same workflow. I have provided their names and account email addresses privately by email.
I also asked how we can efficiently arrange role assignments for future members, given that we do not have platform administrator access.
Could you please review my email and advise on the next steps?
