Hello 3dexperience educational team, i have applied for solidworks sponsorship and i got approval,but for some reason when i open the 3dexperience for students it doesnt open and i also applied for the certifications and till now i didnt get any approval, my request number is SWK -12075
please i need this problem to be solved as soon as possible plus i cant get access to the 3dexperience certificates too.
