Currently, I am on the tab "Explore the Mechanical Designer Role" for CATIA 3DExperience to work for the "3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer [hands-on] for Students - Associate" certification. Basically, the first role tells me that I have to use the split function for a certain part as instructed in the video lesson but I keep on getting an error message saying that it is not working for some reason. Why is this? Is there anything that could be done about this? I hope to hear back soon. I'll upload the screen recordings as usual with the first one being the video instructions and the latter being my own screen.
