I purchased Solidworks xDesign for Students on October 29, 2025.  Since then, I have not been able to access the learning content. When I attempt to start the learning or open any of the modules, I receive a message that reads the content is not accessible to you. Under Members Management in my Dashboard and select Solidworks xDesign, it says the license is not releasable.  Could this be the cause?  I posed this question shortly after my purchase and was told it would be looked into.  I am still waiting for a reply.  I have also looked into the Student Community, but have not been able to find a solution.
