Hello. I'm a ksae team member. I format my computer several days ago, and I try to install SolidWorks on my computer again. But I can't install SolidWorks because my subscription data does not exist. I try to find methods to solve this problem but all method doesn't work. At the internet, this problem may occur because I didn't deactivate my subscription before computer format. But I can't download license wizard because my license is student sponsorship license. My team got this license and license code today, but it is not work at my computer. I really don't know exact reason of this problem. Please help me...
