Yesterday 2025.04.13 I purchased solidworks stud 1 year license.
I received the invoice, the necessary codecs, I have a solidworks and 3dexperience account.
My previous subscription expired days ago, so I wanted to renew it.
However, I can't download it, it won't let me continue after entering my details!
It's unfortunate and inconvenient, I can't use the program for two days - and I paid for it!
Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible!
