I had applied for the license for my team and submitted the excel with all team members and the email they used to register and create an account in 3D Experience. They received emails for their 3D accounts but we didn’t receive the emails for the license. Please let us know if we are missing something. Appreciate your prompt assistance. Thanks in advance!
