I just renewed the maker edition of SW and I get the following install fail message:

SOLIDWORKS Install failed code:1603

Technical details:
Action LaunchAppAction from feature CODE\\win_b64\\SWXDesktopInsSWK failed.
Action ID: SWXDesktopInsSWKInstall

I have tried removing the related installers and nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
