I have experienced an issue when trying to download applications. 

The issue revolves around specifically trying to download the Solidworks application. When I try to download, I get an error saying that I must install Java Runtime Environment or Oracle JDK. However, I have these programs already installed on the computer. Please let me know if there is anyone else that has experienced this issue, or could anyone please suggest a work around?
