Anytime I try to use the Shortcut (S) key to look for a command, the software crashes.
The software tells me to download the hotfix, but when I follow the links, I'm directed to a page without any useful information.
When I try to log in to download the hotfixes, I am informed that I do not have access to patches through my student account.
