I've recently, upgraded from the 2022-2023 Solidworks to the 2023 Solidworks because we were granted new licenses, and after finishing the download and attempting to launch Solidworks it instantly crashed and displayed (Fault Module: libcef:04068754) I've already tried launching the repair tool and have already contacted support. they had me check my libcef.dll file version and try replacing it and then registering it to regsvr32, but in addition to not registering my file was the same version as the one they sent.

I've read multiple users also experiencing this issue and was wondering if anyone found a result other than making a new windows user.
