My team and I recently got access to the 3DExperience platform from the FIRST partnership and sponsorship. We also got Solidworks 2020 from a FIRST partnership half a year ago. However, one of the apps we were most looking forward to using, the Solidworks connector, did not appear on the apps list. I am pretty sure that the Solidworks connector is included in the roles we were given. Is anyone able to tell us why this is happening.
