I just purchased 3DEXPERIENCE Solidworks for students. I downloaded Solidworks connect but it will not open and gives me the following error message: "Login Request using ticket failed with HTTP code: Login Request using ticket failed with HTTP code: 2147024896. -Reason is: contact your administrator to check Server's log." Not even sure who to contact about this. How do you fix this problem?
