1. Start by offering a link to actually get to the software. I had to find another post of someone having the same problem. After paying for the maker subscription no information regarding how to get to the software interface was given.

2. How to install video takes over the whole screen so you have no way to follow along with the video.

3. Running cad software in a browser might make cross platform development easier, but it blows for performance, privacy and user experience.

4. Get more bandwidth. these install times are horrid. 180MB taking over half an hour so far is stupid slow these days. my speeds are fine elsewhere.
