I've recently subscribed to the 3DExperience Engineer student edition and have begun a course to learn CATIA. However, when attempting to enroll in the course, I encountered an issue – it's asking for credits, and I received a message stating, "You do not have sufficient credit balance. Contact administrator for more information."

I'm seeking advice or insights on how to address this credit requirement. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
