Thank you again for taking care of our access problems on the 3D experience platform, it seems like everyone in the team is now able to connect to every application. However, many members realized that they couldn’t save their work on the cloud any more. They can modify the parts but all the changes vanish as 3D experience is closed.
You can imagine how this bug is freezing all advancement in our project and we cannot afford to pause as we have a very tight schedule.
I therefore hope you can do your best to take care of this new problem as soon as possible.
