I was trying to save files from SolidWorks to the 3DExperience platform, but it ended up with the error "Save Failed". I have valid access to the 3DExperience platform, and also a student-licensed version of SolidWorks. Additionally, I am also not allowed to get help from the support centre. Please refer to the attached video recordings for both problems.
