I need help getting my roles as engineering student and solid works student (2 roles I already applied for/ bought) approved. I'm supposed to be able to use these roles but they're not validated. How am I supposed to go about doing this? I already have studied project planning and a few other learning paths for a couple weeks now.. Solidworks isn't usable for me so I haven't been able to study it, I can't use Draftsight or any of those other programs,, I'm not sure all what the problem is exactly.

I had another potentially related problem half way (50%) through the project planning learning path when I hit a roadblock since I couldn't upload the data set (in the lesson) since I don't have the ability to do that. I messaged help about that also.
