Robot Arc Simulation

Hello community.

My question relates to a student project. The aim is to use a 5-axis robot from Fanuc to manufacture a wing on a shaft using build-up welding. Several approaches have already been pursued, including implementation with material deposition fabrication.

I am currently trying to create an arc trajectory using the Robot Arc Simulation app in 3DExperience. The robot's welding attachment should always be perpendicular to the weld path. However, the attachment must not twist, otherwise the hose package will wrap around the arm. If I set the orientation to constant, the perpendicular condition is no longer met. With the other variants, the attachment rotates so that the hose package would wind up.

Is there a way to ensure that my tool (the welding attachment) always remains perpendicular to the path without twisting?
