We have been using the 3d experience platform for the past 2months. Suddenly we have been facing weird issues for the last ten days. 

Please find the following issues:

1. Software crashes abruptly while running a simulation.

2. All the simulation results are missing; when we try to open them, it says the results are outdated. Just completed simulation also says this(attached video)

3. All the content on the platform is missing. Only December content is visible to us. We couldn't find our models on the My Content page.

I'm also attaching the screen recording for reference.

After reaching out to support via email, I was told to put it on the communities page.

Please help us out resolving this. I feel there is some serious issue going on.
