I am reaching out regarding an issue with my SolidWorks Student Version license. I had activated the license on my previous laptop; however, that device is no longer functional—it has completely stopped working and is beyond repair.
When I attempted to install and activate SolidWorks on my new laptop using the same license, I received an error stating that activation failed due to an existing active activation on another device. Since the original laptop is no longer in use or accessible, I am unable to deactivate the license manually.
I kindly request your assistance in transferring or resetting the license so I can activate SolidWorks on my new laptop. I am a student and actively rely on the software for my academic and project work, so your prompt support would be greatly appreciated.
