Hi, 
I installed the SolidWorks Student Edition I purchased by following the instructions, and while I was installing SolidWorks Design 2026,the following warning appeared:

"According to the activation database, you have a subscription service, but you cannot obtain the 2026 version with serial number

”serial number” . Please contact a support representative."

As a result, the installation did not complete.

So I need new serial number to complete installation.
