I got a request from a student in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and he's asking if he can buy Simulia Abaqus for students online and work on it without any problem, as Slovenia is not on any of the listed countries when he goes to the page where the software must be purchased (72€ for the paid student version for 1 year license for Sumulia - Abaqus software program).

Which country should he pick when buying the software if Slovenia is not listed?
