Hello Community Managers & Admins,

I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students package.

When I attempt to launch the 3DEXPERIENCE Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator - Associate exam via the browser dashboard tab, I get the following error: "Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin."

Could you please either:

1. Grant my account access to launch the exam directly in the browser, or
2. Send me my 12-digit student voucher codes so I can take the test using the Tangix TesterPRO Client
