Regarding Refund

Hello

I recently bought the student version of 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer . I had many problems with the software and I couldn't rectify it and also I did not get any reply from the online support form. So I needed the refund as per the 15 day refund policy. I therefore applied for the refund through the online support form (https://www.3ds.com/online-store/support-form/). But I did not hear back from them again. This is very disappointing and please let me know what do I do to get the refund.
